"Okay, in this segment, Ken's going to hit a ball down the line off my cross court throw. So, once again, you have to learn to line up to the ball properly. So this is a drill that you can practice endlessly, it's a real simple drill. I'm just going to have Ken, he's over at the service line, I'm going to throw the ball and he hits it down the line. Alright, Ken, down the line. Get away from the ball, that's it, back to your position. Down the line, that's good, back to your position. So, see he incorporates the side stepping, he incorporates the body to hit the shoulder turn, and he's got a nice good follow through. (Demo) So that's taking a ball down the line off a cross court. Once again, this is a lot of opportunity in tennis. Somebody hits a weak crosscourt to you, you do have a good shot of hitting a winner down the line, but you have to practice it."
