"We are going to do the boast drive drill which is really one of the basic drives of squash. So how this drill works is I am going to be in the front court and I'm going to hit a straight drive. Gary then will boast off my straight drive to my backhand side and then I will hit a backhand straight drive and Gary then will hit a backhand boast so it alternates forehand and backhand for both partners so it is really good for your footwork and your movement and learning to really pick up on the change of directions of the ball. Due to some filming requirements we are going to slow it down because we can't use the full court so bear with us but that is how this drill is going to be and we're going to slow it down. It is going to be the boast drive drill and we are going to focus on Gary in this segment and how he ends the boast. So I hit it and Gary boasts it and I get over there and hit it and you see how we get a nice rhythm going. Now that one was tight and when they are tight like that you've got to be careful because racquets can get broken. Now that is very tight. So look at how Gary moves from the tee and is always in good position to get a good quality shot. Good shot Gary. That was a boast, nice shot, boast volley nick a very rare shot. So that is the boast drive drill focusing on the boasting player and now we are going to switch it up."
