"This drill what we are going to do here is I'm going to hit a volley to myself and then I am going to hit it cross court to Gary. What this drill is really good for- it develops your volley, it develops the ability to change the direction of the ball. So it is useful for your serve return, obviously any type of volley you get in a point so what we are going to do here is to just try to keep it in play to develop the rhythm to develop the racquet skills, the footwork and everything needed to make this a successful shot so let's give it a go. So we hit the ball and that was tough but this will help develop your skills in watching the ball and changing the direction of moving to it and see that one was a little tough, that was off the wall, right into the body, that was very tough. My shot was pretty tight and I've got to take that one off the bounce off the wall. Very good Gary. So it really makes you learn how to improvise, so I've got a high volley there and then you can up the speed if you want and if you feel comfortable. So that's a really good drill and we are going to work on this some more."
