"The overhead serve, we are going to do a little bit different view this time but I want you to think about when you serve this ball it is kind of like hitting a volleyball and then you hit it. So you see it is like a high five and all we are doing is adding in the racquet and just smashing it. So on this serve you can really crank it and you can get the ball in the corner and by hitting it hard a lot of players have a hard time with that. At the higher levels of squash if you hit the ball really hard like that all the time you may not get away with it so you want to learn to vary the pace of your serves but the overhead serve doesn't have to be hard you can just hit it, so you see I just toss it up and smash it so if I hit a volley ball it is like hitting with your palm so when I hit it the racquet face is able to impart a little bit of a spin. So if it is hard to see in the video I've got the big ball here and then just try that again so it works out really good it is just overhead, you smash it and it is a pretty effective serve."
