"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Gilson Oliveira. And I'm in Energy Fitness right now in New York City and I will bring to you the best for conditioning for combat sports. This is the approach of the same training method, complex training, for the upper body. You have a strength exercise. I chose here your bench press. You're going to perform anywhere around five repetitions. Then you're going to follow with the explosive exercise I chose, the push up with clapped hands. Once you're done, you follow right away into the push ups. "
