"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Gilson Oliveira. I am at Energy Fitness right now in New York City and I will bring to you the best for conditioning for combat sports. I've seen some people trying to move from a push up, you?re still down on a horizontal plane here, on the floor to a head stand which for me is a huge gap. I'm going to show what goes in between; I call it 90 degree push ups. You?re near a bench, just place your feet, your heels facing up on top of the bench. You?re going to walk your hands back. Keep your legs straight, don't bend your knees. Straight, up about full extend, form a 90 degree angle with the floor. Down with your head and press yourself up"
