"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Gilson Oliveira. And I'm in Energy Fitness right now in New York City, and I will bring to you the best conditioning for combat sports. We have passed already certain levels of strength, explosiveness when it comes to push ups. Moving back to the strength phase. If you are able to do headstand push ups, and a good amount I'd say fifteen to twenty, then it's a good time for you to apply a harder leverage in your polymeric push ups. So be sure to have a fair distance here between your hands and the column or the wall that you're going to have your feet pressing against. Move it up and out, inhale. Touch your forehead on the floor."
