Here we have a different type of push ups, these are a little more advanced, it's called depth push ups. Be sure you have a decent level condition of strength before you do this. It can be as hard on the joints when you do the depth jumps. Here, I'm going to use a little hard way to do it where you do not bend your elbows. Ready, be sure that you are exhaling every time your moving them back onto the steps. Before this you can do with the flection, because it's easier."
