"On behalf of Expert Village, I am Gilson Oliveira and I am introducing fitness right now to New York City. I will bring to you the best for conditioning for combat sports. Now we are going to use a little tool instead of a barbell we are going to use a medicine ball. Okay, we are have bounce to the medicine ball, okay. It's very good because you also have to put your hands on top of it because you’re going to move it around. It's going to enhance here. You are stimulating muscles in your shoulders. So what we are going to do here is a push up. Both of your hands on the floor and back on the ball, okay. So here we go! So, I don't, I don't, I don't bend my elbows. This is a harder than usual from this, which is easier to be performing okay."
