We are still following the wrestling get up it is very interesting way to apply resistance and it would make you get really explosive when you do it. You are going to place the bar on your thighs, you are going to get up, you are going to explode and you are going to do a clean. You are going to bring the bar here when we change. Focus and then and down, inhale, explode, one more time focus, inhale, explode. You can do anywhere from 3 to 5 reps."
