This is very common, much used in wrestlers which I call it wrestler get up. In this position you just pop up but there is something that you can add especially if you are dealing with wrestlers. From this position you are going to stand up, you are going to get up and go for the shooting and that is how I do it. And you can keep this little move for as long as you want. "
