"Now that you're ready to do your cartwheel, let's figure out which side you're more flexible and balanced on. We're going to be facing this way with one leg in front, either your left or your right. Now, what you're going to be doing is putting your arms up by your ears to get in the position to get ready to do a cartwheel. So you're facing this way and your legs are going to be bent, both bent. So with starting with the left leg you're going to lean down, bend at your waist and put both arms down. Now if that doesn't feel comfortable, try the other side. With your right foot in front and your legs bent and your arms up by your ears, we'll try this side.
