"Hi, Glenn Soanes for expertvillage.com. The next thing that you need to do to start bowling is you need to understand the computer system that most lanes have today. From a stand point they are a very simple prompt, there’s a whole series of instructions on what to do. You would pick a lane, bowler name, type in a bowler name, enter, type in the next name till you get everybody in. At that point it’s time to bowl. To bowl, start bowling and now it’s starting to keep score. You don’t have to do anything, all you have to do is follow the arrows up on the screen. It’ll tell you who’s up, what lane they’re on, the arrow points, if you’re playing on two lanes, left or right if you’re in a league play with a league play format. If you’re in open play it’s just follow the leader, first, second, third, fourth, back to one all the way through. It’ll keep score when the game ends, that point it’s time to bowl again, lane, next game, do that until you’ve had enough fun and then at that point time to pay up with the people at the counter. "
