"Let me also add with regards to rule six that there is a separate provision with regards to pace of play. Each player is require to play according to the guide lines establish by the committee and the advanced conducted by the Oklahoma Golf Association we have now gone to a new system which places a responsibility for pace of play on the players. We require that each group and we usually have groups of three playing in 10 minutes intervals each group would be responsible to finish the front line in 2 hour and in 15 minutes. Complete that back line in 2 hours and 15 minutes for a total time of 4 hours and 30 minutes. If they don't comply with first part of that requirement and that is if they are late in playing the complete play of the front nine and there are out of position from the group in front of them each of the player and I stress each of the players in that group would we receive a one stroke penalty. If there are late in finishing there second nine meaning that they are over the four hours and 30 minutes and out of position from the group in front of them they would each receive a additional penalty. We have found that with this new system where the players are responsible for there own pace of play it takes all the situations out of where a official has to approach your group and remind them that they are slow. Therefore, they basically keep up without being harass by the official. We have manage to cut minutes off of each of our rounds and in Oklahoma Golf Association therefore they basically keep up without bing harassed by the official its a and we have manage to cut minutes off each of our rounds and in Oklahoma Golf Association events we are pretty much at four hour marks and think that is a good time for completion of a round during a tournament.
