"Okay, the driver. Most of the time you're going to be teeing off on a par four, or a par five with this club. It doesn't have much loft on it. So it's not that easy to hit off the grass, so usually at the tee box, you're going to put it on a tee so you can hit the ball in parting more under spin because you're giving it a little bit of loft that way. But, this is the longest club as far as the length of the club goes and it's also the longest hitting club. So this is a powerful weapon but it's used off the tee mostly and every now and then in a specialty shot. The next club is the three wood. It's not quite as long as the driver and it has got a little bit more loft on it so it doesn't go as far in a straight line as the driver but the ball will go pretty far and you'll hit it a little higher with this club. So usually people drive the ball from between two-forty and three hundred, they'll then hit their three wood somewhere between two hundred and two sixty depending on the player. So the three wood gives you a little more control than the driver, so if you don't need to hit the ball a mile literally you use the three wood to tee off a lot of times. Plus you can use this out of the fairway. So once you've hit your drive, you might then be facing a long iron shot. The long iron here, we've got our three iron and the three iron, you should be able to hit it anywhere from like one-ninety to two-thirty. Next we have the four iron, you should be able to hit this club anywhere from one-seventy to two-hundred. So there's going to be a lot of overlaps in the distances you hit the clubs. Okay, so your three iron, most players are going to be hitting this club between one hundred and eighty and two hundred and twenty yards. So it's a very useful club. It's called a long iron, the three iron. What you want to do is test it, like if you hit the ball ten times in a row, How far does it go? That's what you should be aiming for every time is knowing your distance and if you can do that you'll have great success with these long powerful clubs."
