"Okay, we're going to cover the more traditional putting grip. Putting is a lot more individual effort than the golf swing of the irons or the woods because you're not here to generate a lot of power. We're working on touch and accuracy. So, but how I grip the club and how I was taught is that I grip it like this. I put the club in the palm of my left hand and my thumb comes down the front of the club and my hands are somewhat on an angle. So you can see they're not gripping like that, they're at an angle. And then I put the right hand; I interlock the forefinger of my left hand with my pinky and then I come over with the big part of the palm; the meaty part right over the top. So, I grip it like that which gives me firm control and helps me keep it on line. So, this view my help. I grip the club from underneath, right there. And then I interlock the forefinger and the pinky and then I come over the top like that. So, and this side view might help. So, I take the grip, I lay it in my hand; my left hand. So, now I'm gripping it like that. I come underneath it like that. So, that's how the grip looks. That's how it might look from the bottom view or if that helps. So, just grip it like that, grip it like that and now you're ready to putt."
