"From here, you want to start a ball at about a foot, another one at about a foot and a half, two feet back, and so on and so forth, about five or six balls. Start with the closest one, putt it in, maintaining that acceleration, of course, you always want to follow through longer than you take it back. As you go back, it gets harder and harder. But, since you started with the shorter one, you have good confidence. It's a real good thing for starting a drill with confidence, and you make more and more. If you miss one, start over. What this drill will give you is your touch. Suddenly, you have a feel better for the speed and not just the break. So, you know how to set it in the back side of that cup as much as possible."
