"Hi I am Geoff Sterling with Hollywood Soo Bahk Do. What I am going to show you right now is the exact opposite of the inside to outside kick that I have showed you. This is the outside to inside kick. It is more of a defensive technique and not so much offensive technique. What it involves is the leg smoothly moving across your body outside to inside kick and it is going to swing out and cross. You can even kind of bend your leg a little bit if it makes it less hard and more flowing. The axe kick is very rigid and you are striking like an axe that way so this type of kick is here, disarms this way. Again you are going to emphasize your open close. So you are here and open and close. So to demonstrate it Muhamad Husan is going to step in and help me out. So let's say he throws some kind of technique, anything, punch kick or whatever. From here he is pretty open so he can follow up with a side kick or any other techniques. To demonstrate one more time in slow motion. He throws a punch here and it gets knocked out of the way. Emphasizing the open then the close so regular speed. Do it again. Knocking it out of the way. Thank you very much. That is Soo Bahk Do and thank you for watching the outside to inside kick. "
