"Hello I am Geoff Sterling of Soo Bahk Do. I am going to show you now the 360 degree jumping spinning back kick. So it is different than a 180 back kick and similar to what I explained to you earlier, the flying side kick. It is a stunt that is done on the run. While you are running you are going to plant one knee upward and lift it into your chest and that is going to spin you around and when it does you throw up and kick. A good drill to practice is just getting used to getting that 360 spin in. What we want to do is lean back again you want to pick that foot up because we are just doing one step to get up in the air to do a 360 and you can lift this leg up and spin around. Lift this leg up here and spin around. That was a 360 right there. Do it a few more times until you get comfortable with it. Just to demonstrate that step right now, do this way here, back and throw the leg up. That's is all you need to do and you can use that energy while you are running to get yourself up in the air spinning and hitting. So to show you the effectiveness of the power on this back kick I am going to show you on this bag right here. So you are going to have like a run way and you need to run and get a lot of energy. The key is to make sure you have your footing right and know what foot you are going to plant off of and make sure while you are in the air to turn your head around very quickly to see your target. That was a jumping 360 degree back kick. Thank you very much. "
