"Hello I am Geoff Sterling of Hollywood Soo Bahk Do and I am going to show you a Skipping Forward Back Kick so what it is is really something that gets followed up with something. Say you are this way here and you are going to move forward. You are going to bring your back leg in front of your front one so you are going to come up skipping forward and then you are going to use that same back kick. We are using the same jump back kick but just adding that step to the forehead and it is a great fake and you can fake somebody out. I am going to show it to you right now. You are here, stepping forward, pivot your head, jump, and then do a back kick. Once again at regular speed I am going to hit the bag so you can see some of the power that is involved. So to demonstrate the jumping, spinning back kick on the bag here you are going to be this way and skip forward, you are looking at this bag over the shoulder and once you rotate you want to turn your head to make sure you see it. Make sure you do that step first before you jump and hit the bag and otherwise you are going to miss the target and you don't want that. So you are going to be this way and I will show you in slow motion. You are here, skipping, you see the target and jump. Now that you can piece it all together here it is at regular speed here. It is a great thing to do, sometimes if you do not actually put the knee up you can actually follow it with something say a roundhouse kick and if that doesn't work you can follow it up with a jump back kick and that was a skipping jump back kick. Thank you. "
