"Hello, my name is Geoff Sterling and I'm with Hollywood Soo Bahk Do and what I'm going to demonstrate to you know, is, it's kind of like an inside to outside block, but it's the application of it. So, it's using the inside-outside block to catch somebody's punch. So, I'm going to demonstrate this technique, I'm going to have Marylou, fellow Soo Bahk Do practitioner stepping in. So, let's say he's here and he's going to throw a quick jab at me. I'm going to block this way, with this hand, clearing here and then punch. That really should stop his two punches. So, this hand's up, it can kind of knock it away lighter. This could be enough right here, but if you really want to clear it away, like big time, so it's going to have more of an impact, follow through with this one, and step up even more in advance. And from Hollywood Soo Bahk Do, thank-you for watching. That was the application of the inside-outside block and how it would be effective."
