"Hello my name is Geoff Sterling and I am with Hollywood Soo Bahk Do and I am going to be showing you a 360 degree jumping roundhouse kick. So it is similar to just a jumping roundhouse kick except I am going to spin first so to spin you are basically to get an analogy here you are going to try to turn your elbow so if my arm is here on the side this elbow is going to rotate very quickly and I am also going to spin my head, you see your head can spin faster than your body can so you want to maintain eye contact and spin your body real quick and spin your head around and then your body will follow. First you are going to spin and it is going to look like this. So you are just going to spin really fast like at a slower speed right here and turn this way and spin. So now what I am going to do is just combine the jumping roundhouse kick with that spin so you are this way here facing in a comfortable stance, you are going to pivot this way and lift your leg up and then you are going do that same roundhouse that I showed you which involved a skip you are going to jump up and front kick. So the leg that is in the back is going to turn into the leg that is in the front once you spin so you are this way here and now it's up just like what I said and you are going to jump and do the kick. So I am going to combine them altogether and do them very slow so you can see it. It is going to be like this, spin here rotating, jumping and kicking. So now I will show you one more time at full speed. It is actually about momentum. If you do it fast and use a little bit more energy it is to your benefit and it is going to help you a lot and it is going to make it actually easier. It is more difficult to do it in slow motion and actually easier to do it fast. So at regular speed it is like this. A lot of times your body might want to continue rotating so again it is like this. Another way you can do the kick is you can actually follow through with a roundhouse kick and spin all the way around. That was a 360 degree jumping roundhouse kick."
