"Hello, I am Geoff Sterling of Hollywood Soo Bahk Do and now I am going to show you a front kick with the front leg. So what I am going to do instead of the back leg coming forward is we are going to do the back leg. Now this kick is a lot quicker and maybe you are going to sacrifice a little bit of power but we are going to get in return more speed. So what this is going to involve is right here the front kick and you also are going to kind of slide forward on your back foot so the force of your foot coming out is going to drive you forward. This is actually like you are going to gain progress and move forward by doing this kick. You are going to come in with your front leg tracking, expanding and then fly forward. To do it more fast you are going to fly forward and generate a lot more power and it is going to look like this. I will show you from the side here the front way, this way here. So this is with the back leg. I don't know if you noticed it as much but there was a bit of delay but you may notice also there is not as much power. I am also going to show you sort of a moving front kick with the back leg so in this one here you are still with the back leg but it is going to be more fluid and you are moving more quickly. So you are going to be right here and then that way. It is very explosive and it is almost like a sprinter coming off the starter gate in track and field. You are literally going to pounce off with your back leg and come forward sliding across the floor. Thank you very much. "
