"Hello everybody my name is Christian Nagar and on behalf of Expert Village and Hollywood Soo Bahk Do I would like to welcome you. Today we will be discussing Soo Bahk Do which is a very traditional martial art and I hold a fourth dan, fourth degree black belt in this art and I have been training for almost 20 years and I am the chief instructor here at Hollywood Soo Bahk Do and we are right here at the corner of Sunset and Gardner across from the Guitar Center which is basically a land mark here in Hollywood. As I said we will be discussing Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan. Soo Bahk Do is basically the technique aspect of it and Moo Duk Kwan would be the philosophy so technique would be physical and philosophy obviously would be spiritual or the mental aspect which guides us. At this moment I would like to introduce you to one of my students, Mr. Geoff Sterling, and he also just got his e-dan which is a second dan in this art of Soo Bahk Do and if you would like to say a few words for yourself. Yes sir, first off thank you Sa Bom Nim Nagar, that's what we call him Sa Bom Nim meaning master and it is an honor to be able to demonstrate this art of Soo Bahk Do today and we are going to show you all kinds of techniques and what Soo Bahk Do and Moo Duk Kwan is all about and it is very deep rooted as Sa Bom Nim Nagar mentioned, it is a philosophy, it is mental, it is spiritual as well as an art of self defense. We look forward to showing that to you all today and you will see some more stuff really soon."
