"Hi my name is Geoff Sterling from Hollywood Soo Bahk Do and I am showing you an outside to inside block or a Paki so ana ro maki. The first thing before we get into it is that everything that we have done up to this point is from the defensive hip which means that your body goes from closed to being opened so the main difference which is why it is more of an advanced block is you are going to be from opened to closed. Your body closes up as it does the block. Also it is the opposite of outside to inside. One thing also about when you are doing it and this is an extra tool you can use is you can rotate your wrist so it gives you an extra snap in your body. One thing you do now is push off stepping forward into a front stance and your body is going to open up. You are going to bend this leg, push off of it, get in very low, this hand will come up by your ear pushing off and then you come around snapping your wrist with this hand. That's an outside to inside block so it is a really powerful block and you are going from being opened to closed and one way you can remember is the stepping is a little confusing and a little bit different so just think you are kicking a soccer ball with the side of your foot so there is my foot. I am going to push off like kicking a soccer ball and step through that way. Move that step to here, pushing off and stepping forward. Again one last time the entire thing is like this and then from the side. From us at Hollywood Soo Bahk Do that was an outside to inside block and thank you for watching. "
