"Hi I am Geoff Sterling from Hollywood Soo Bahk Do and what I am going to show you right now is the inside to outside block. Another Korean term for that is Onoso paka roma ki, so it actually has the same preparation as the high block. The arm that is straight is going to go underneath and is going to remain straight as you cross. It is going to be in an intermediate position. So you are going to go this way, see I am going to be positioned like the high block. The only difference now is they are coming up high and you are going to come around this way and do an inside to outside block so it is more for like a attack to block. The arm basically comes around and it is basically you want your fist the same height as your shoulder. To demonstrate that again I am doing a side profile. So also one thing I would like to mention before we close here is that all these blocks that we are doing today are all defensive blocks because your body goes from closed to open, closed to open. Inside outside block, closed open, high block, low block, closed open so that is called a defensive hip and the reason it is called that is you are defensive this way before you open. Thank you for watching Soo Bahk Do and that was an inside to outside block. "
