"Hello, I’m Francisco Escudero with Sky Banditz Kiteboarding here in Miami, Florida, if you want to learn more about kiteboarding go to www.skybanditz.com. Now we already have our harness setup, we have our kite and line setup, we have our board here, we’re ready to just adjust our feet on the board. First thing is we’re just going to take our feet and slide it into the adjustable foot shaft. Make sure it’s nice and comfortable and we’re going to go to the other one, not too tight, not too soft. If you really want to get it tighter, most of these are adjustable, we’re going to open it up we’re going to kind of press it down and we’re going to adjust it. Then I’m going to put it in again, make sure it’s nice and set. If you want to you want to follow up with the same exercise on this other foot, okay. Now we’re going to sit down here, we’re going to put our feet in the board and I’m going to grab the bar and then this is basically how I would take the bar setter and put it into my hook. Then all my flying would go like right like this and left."
