"Here I'm going to show you basically jumping technique basically what I just did I made sure to gage my speed properly so in that case with a roll that I had I made sure I get a good pump I really didn't need to pedal because I had such a good pump off of the rolling, and it allowed me to generate enough speed to clear the box. What I did pumped into the lip into the jump and basically just stayed relaxed because the lip of the jump naturally threw my right onto the landing. And a lot like the bunnyhop you want to make sure that your front end stays up nice and high until your back wheel comes off the take off. Because that will allow your bike to go and make a nice smooth arch in the air rather than having your front wheel come up and having it to low and having your back wheel to hit the jump. Cause that will kick you an emotion like that and a position that you don't want to in. So you basically want to make sure that you have enough speed that you keep your front wheel up and because if you do that your bike naturally is going to make an arch and you can sort of allow to tuck a little bit you know, throw a little style in there if you want to. And make sure to land both wheels about the same time on the landing stay smooth relax and keep looking ahead and ride right out."
