"As I said before a proper bunnyhop comes down to 3 basic motions. The first part is going to be picking up front wheel this allows you to get a vertical leap. The second part involves picking up and jumping off your legs using all this energy that you have all this stored up here to take your bike up. And then the final motion is a tuck where you actually pick your bike in front you usually involving straightening your arms out and tucking your legs up. This ensures that the maximum amount of height and distance out of your bunnyhop and allows you to basically jump bigger gaps, jump onto higher objects and it really allows you to maximize the potential of what it is your body is wanting to do. So again you want to make sure that your bunnyhop is 3 parts it doesn't always look like it cause once you get really have the motion down it all comes out as one very fluid motion. But while your practicing it you want to make sure always that your going down to those 3 parts."
