"Let's continue on now. We're going to deal with the person to the front. And once again we have one and two. We've done three, four, five, done really well. We're rolling over, six, we're tsuking off the line, seven is a yokomen, eight is a reverse yokomen. Now, initially, I turned around to deal with this person. I need to turn around once again to deal with this person. That's the last motion, we turned around like this. This time we're going to deal against an incoming stab. They're trying to tsuki, use a tsuki against us. So, as I turn, I turn my hips and I drop the Jo down on the back of the blade. I want to have it, the blade is right here. I want the Jo to come down at an angle across the sword. If it's too close, you could miss. Too much and you're jamming yourself. It's a natural motion. As I turn my body, beat the blade down. I don't want to wrestle with it. I don't want to force it. I want to drop my whole body. Don't simply punch it. It's my whole body turning here, drop down on top of the sword. More than likely, it drives the tip of the sword into the ground leaving the attacker with their head sticking out. And we'll deal with that next time. Jo Gi one."
