"Moving on with Jo Gi One, I have one, off the line, two, off the line. I'm going to bring my hand now to the center of the Jo and I'm going to allow it to rotate. I want to have a good balance here, this isn't a baseball bat, I'm not going to just fling it out there. Keep it here in the center, rotate it, bring it into my center where I'm powerful, and we're going to strike Yokomenuchi, it will be to the left side of their head. Yokomenuchi. Well if one's good, let's do another one, let's hit it on the other side. I'm going to bring it around and strike reverse Yokomen as well. So let's tie those together. I'm up, there's one, off the line, two, at the throat, off the line, bring that hand to the center, Yokomen to the side of the head, nice spiral motion in my center. Let's get them on the other side of the head. Try to keep your hips engaged, don't just let this fling around. Even the weight of this Jo will begin to pull you out of center as you pick up speed. Ski to the throat, off the line, ski to the throat, off the line, Yokomenuchi, Yokomenuchi. And that will take us this far inside of Jo Gi One."
