"Kubishime, the choke we're going to do now, from a bear hug at the rear. As Daniel comes in, he gets a nice good grip on me. Once again, I'm kind of stuck here, so I need to get myself some space. I'll lower my center, hold my arms out. Cut this arm up, just enough so I can get my head through it. Don't worry about wrestling it over, as this arm goes up I go down at the same time, here. I cut that arm. As I do this, Daniel's starting to expose his neck and his head. I'm going to slightly step behind him, reach with my hand, and come underneath him. Notice I haven't let go of this hand. Come here, so I control it. My elbow is at his windpipe; my bicep is at one side, my forearm is at the other. And I'm going to lift up, as I turn, like I'm trying to take his center up off the ground. Here. Let's do that again. Bear hug, here we go. Switch hands for me. And I relax, I lower my center, trap this hand, make a small opening. Pop myself through, keep positive control of the hand, cut it down. His head's teed up, we come underneath. And I'm simply going to place this in the small of his back, as I come here. It allows me to keep control of this arm, to keep him from fighting on that side. Here, elbow at the windpipe, forearm on one side, bicep on the other. And up we go. That is Kubishime, or the choke, from a bear hug at the rear."
