"On this section of womens self defense we are going to talk about an escape from a lapel or a shirt grab. She is going to grab me here. This is a little bit difficult to deal with because your fingers are tangled up into cloth. Once again her free hand is probably be trying to strike me. I want to focus on this hand as much as I can. I'm going to move back just slightly to give myself some room here. And now I'm just simply going to twist on this. As I dip underneath this, it will begin to twist her hand. It begins to twist the arm. And while she may not initial let go. I can easily tap the hand free. In the event that somebody is grabbing you. You are not going to move it slowly as this obviously. But my goal is to move slightly and then wiggle right underneath. Try to make to make it motionless, small and simple as possible. But I want to just simple, strike underneath right here. Come around and hand twist up. Simply, wack down on the arm and you are gone. Lets give that a try with Teresa. Twist the arm, and away I go. Lets do that one more time. Underneath and away I go. And that is a good escape from a shirt grabber or label grab for womens self defense."
