"Another good technique for women's self-defense and personal protection, in regards to two hands wrapped from the front, this is a good escape, and once again, as we did with our single side grab, we're going to go out over the thumbs. Now it's very difficult for me to move simply to one side, because the other hand is locked up. I can however, do them both together. I still want to get my entire body involved. I want to come in here, lowering my center, come slightly off the top here. Now, I'm just going to drop my hands out to the side. I roll them in. I'm going over the thumbs on both sides. I roll as close to the wrists as I can, and drop them down, here just in this fashion, right here. Now for the sake of this video, I 'm simply showing the escape, the brisk break. What I would encourage you to do, is as you do this, to take off. You're either going to continue a technique, or you're going to escape. Our philosophy of self-defense, is defend and escape. We're not going to defend and then sit there and fight with them. If I have an opportunity to get away, I'm going to get away, so then grab Teresa here real firmly, and let her show the technique now. Good, one more time, outstanding. That's a good double hand wrist escape for women's self defense and personal protection."
