"Women's self-defense and personal protection. We're going to work a technique from a bear hug now. We're going to work a simple escape. Theresa's going to come around from behind me here, and she's going to grab me. Now this is a dangerous position to be in, because she can lift me up, and carry me away. We want to be as heavy as we can, obviously, but the laws of physics still apply. If they're very large and very strong, they're going to pick you up. What I want to do is, I want to get, I want to get her body back and away from me. In order to do that, I want to crank my hips forward, and I'm going to thrust back, and when I do that, her whole body is going to launch back. I'm going to do this softly, because it's pretty painful. This right here. I don't want to just, wiggle my head and butt back and forth. I want to launch my hips forward, and come back into her, just this way here. OK? Let's give it a try now. I want to grab Theresa, and let her give a shot at me. I'm going to come in aggressively, and I'm going to grab her underneath, as if I was going to pick her up. In order to do that, I have to get pretty close. I'm not going to pick somebody up, at away from me. So as I come in, she's going to lock her hips forward, and she's going to come back, and thrust back into me. Ow. One more time. Ow. Good. And that's a good escape, in a women's self-defense personal protection, for a rear bear hug."
