"The edge weapon defense for a hooking strike now, we can go to the inside as well. I want to parry it, and draw it here, and drive it passed me. And once again, Daniel's head is teed up and ready to go. I'm going to come in here. As I always say, if you can touch it, you can hit it. So as I'm coming here, I hit it down, cognizant of where his blade's going, his head is teed up now. This point in time, the chin is generally tilted away. Let's strike the side of the neck. So I strike in. Parry it right here. The neck, if you can see Daniel right here, is squared up, it's exposed for me, it makes it a very easy target. I'm want to strike nice and down into that, into that subject. Parry it down, and my hands already loaded up. Don't waste time trying to build up anymore speed. Everything you need is right here. Blam, right into the side of the neck. Make sure you're striking down and into the subject, and you'll get a great, immediate physical response from that. One last time. Parry it away, my hand's loaded up. Strike directly into the side of the neck. And that is a good technique, a good parry and strike attack for a hooking attack."
