"Hello! I’m Francisco Escudero here in Miami, Florida, and we’re learning the basics on wakeboarding. If you want to learn about it, go to www.skybanditz.com. Another very important thing with wakeboarding is the location and the weather patterns. First thing we want to look for is not a very windy day, so the water is flat and very calm. Second thing is you need a fairly big area to do it, without the obstruction of other wakeboarding boats in the same place so they don’t create the waves. In the ocean, you can actually do it, but it’s going to be a lot more challenging and it’s going to be a little bit harder on your knees. So the best thing would be in the morning or the late afternoon as the wind has gone down, or certain days that there’s not a lot of wind. Most of the wakeboarding schools and places know the best locations to do it and when the weather patterns are positive. "
