"Hello! I’m Francisco Escudero here in Miami, Florida, and we’re learning the basics on wakeboarding. Go to www.skybanditz.com. So now, all we’re doing is different stretches and different exercises that you can do warm up before you actually go into the water with the boat and your driver to go learn wakeboarding. Once again, we have this bar setup to the tree, which we find very affective for practicing the board stances and the stretches. You can always start just by sitting down on the ground, relaxing your legs right in front of your shoulders, and then pulling yourself up. Then doing this same thing a couple of times just to get your mind and your body stretched out and ready to go. Other things would be to just go and do some traditional knee stretches. Grab it from your back here to stretch it out. You definitely need to loosen up the knees. This is where most of the injuries happen for wakeboarding. "
