"Hi, my name is Elliot Kwong. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to teach you the basics of razor scootering. When you're riding your scooter, there are some cautionary things that you should look out for. Riding your scooter can be dangerous even if you hit just a little pebble you can go flying, if you do it right. But, when you're riding your scooter in public and on the street and on the sidewalk, here are a couple things you should look our for. Look out for bumps in the concrete such as these. You also want to look out for things that may lie in your path such as hoses. Hoses are difficult to go over, even for people who have been riding for a long time. You would have to maybe jump over those. You want to be careful. You probably want to stop when you see a hose and then just take your scooter over. That's probably the safest thing to do."
