"So I showed you the basic knee kick, some basic elbows and punches, a little bit of footwork, later on we would do some more defense. But right now I'm going to kind of show you put together, shatter box a little bit and you are going to see what it looks like for someone who is a expert or a training for a while and this is what you would do if you were warming up or maybe warming down. Here we go again you want to be nice and relaxed, you want to breath out every time you are executing a technique. Putting elbows with knees, kicks with punches, boom I'm going to spin I'm going to come right back. Just like that and I can go on just like that basically building my own kind of sort of speak my own technique cause what I'm doing I'm imagining a advisory in front of me okay I'm just playing around with that it is the shadow boxing aspect. Pretending I have someone in front of me and executing my techniques properly. Relaxing, breathing, corporate some of my defense which maybe later on we would get into. Moving my heads, shoulder rolling okay but right now try to concentrate when you put everything together to just relaxed and take your time nothing is rushed okay and this is the my beat step just like this i;m just moving like this. Just like that, kick the guy away, uppercut, jab, cross see, knee."

i am doing mauy thai and my guard is different to yours, mine is more of a boxers type of guard is this still correct. And how come when you do the round house you don't spin all the way round, and do you do that in a fight as well (not spinning all the way round when doing a roundhouse.
