"Okay good now the boxing segment I'm going to show I'm going to change my stance a little bit for this. So my Muay Thai stance was pretty much a square stance front foot was 12 o'clock, rear foot 2 o'clock I'm actually going to keep my right foot the same and just put my left foot about 1 o'clock to match rear foot some a little more side ways here. The first punch I'm going to throw is a jab, okay just a jab and when I throw my jab I'm going to step simultaneously with my right foot so what is happening here is I'm pushing off with my rear foot like a was a tracker taking off to run. I'm going to step as my left foot lands on the ground my punches landed also the same time whether it would be on a pad, the heavy bag or the opponent face. Just a small step it doesn't have to be a big step like this is called a bee step just like this. Now I can do the same thing by going backwards I'm going backwards. I'm going backwards and forward again. Notice the delivery of my fist, vertical, vertical, vertical, and then it going to turn coarse in the last end okay. What this does it keeps my punch non telegraphic. It goes straight here and out like this and also I'm not exposing my ribs I'm not doing this. Okay where my ribs are expose, I turn it so fast, I mean I'm turning it to fast to soon verses straight, straight boom. Now look at my right hand when I punch with one hand the other hand is one the telephone pretend I'm talking to someone here. So I have a guard not here this is not up right here. I'm still vulnerable right here hit me in the face and neck right here on the telephone like I'm talking. Here is my jab, my chin is down okay just like that the next punch is a right cross. "
