"Last one I’m going to show real brief is a spinning. The way I'm going to show this is I'm going to execute 2 horizontal elbows and then I'm going to go to a spinning elbow. I'm going to left and then I'm going to throw right. As I throw my right elbow, I'm going to step forward my right foot, and here comes the spin. Spinning left elbow and then I come right back to my stance. The footwork here will be right foot forward in front of the left and then spinning to my left. Again, in conjunction with my horizontal elbow. Left, right, spin. Again, left, right, spin. This is a very powerful elbow, the spinning elbow, because I'm getting a lot of torch from the turning and from delivering my first two, which is my left and my right. I'm continuing the motion and the energy when I come around this way to my left side and I turn, and there's my left elbow. The same when I throw my other side. Right, left, here's my right. I want to do it consecutive and fast. I don't want it like this. I'm just slowing it down so you can see. I don't want to do here, here. It would actually look like this. Like that. That's what it would look like, or right, left, right. Again, I always come back to my stance."
