"Okay so basically what I am doing now is I am warming up my core. As I turn I am turning my feet if you can see that. Good. Next thing I'm going to do is called ceiling or sky reaches. I am elongating my lap muscle back here in my side Nice and easy just like this. O'kay good and my left arm is going to come across my body when I stretch my left shoulder. Notice my right arm is behind my tricep, my elbow area, not out here. I am going to go a little bit tighter right here. O'kay and switch. Now the same thing on my right arm. You can see I'm behind my tricep and elbow. Now I am going to take my left arm and put it behind my head and take my right arm and put it on my elbow and pull to the right side. Now I am stretching my tricep and these stretches I hold for about ten seconds. Right now we are going to go kind of quick though so I can get the techniques. Now we are going to the right side and as I pull you see how much I am leaning. I am not here straight, I am actually leaning a little bit. Now I am going to take my left wrist and put it on my left rib just like this here. I am going to take my right hand and pull my elbow forward. Now I am stretching my rear dealt which is my shoulder muscle in the back. Feel a good stretching. You also feel some stretching in the wrist too by holding against the rib. O'kay I'm going to switch and now my right hand goes on my rib and I'm pulling forward this way. O'kay now I am going to put my hands on my chest to relax my shoulders and I'm going to go up and down with my head a little bit just like I am saying yes and then left to right like I'm crossing the street or saying no. O'kay now from side to side. O'kay now circles, nice and slow, because if I go too fast on this I will get dizzy. Now go the other way. O'kay now I am going to put both hands on the back of my head and press my head down just lightly not too hard, notice m hands are not crossed, I'm just going to put my finger tips on the sides of my head. O'kay now my chin is touching my upper chest here so now I am stretching the back of my neck. O'kay good. Now I put one hand under my chin with my palm and take the other hand to my elbow and push my elbow which is going to push my chin. I am pushing my chin now which is stretching the front of my neck. O'kay now I take my right hand and put it over my head to my left ear and I'm going to pull to the right side, stretching the side of my neck here to the left. O'kay now I am going to switch. Good."
