Video Transcript

"Hi, this is Eric Sterns, with Expert Village. We're discussing preparedness and preparation for short term emergency situations, due to vehicle breakdowns. And, we're going to be discussing signaling. I have been teaching and studying emergency survival training, as well as minimums camping and wilderness training for approximately fifteen years. I've also designed courses that have been taught both here in the southwest, in Arizona, as well as on the east coast, in states there. We're going to be discussing signaling, that's going to be broken down into audible and visual signaling. We're going to discuss breaking patterns, the use of the car horn, lights, the cell phone, firearms and various other tools for purposes of drawing attention to ourselves, so that we can be found as quickly as possible and have to spend as little time outdoors; stranded by our vehicle, as necessary."
