"Okay, the last exercise we are going to do before we jump in to the shower is the famous push-ups. Most people don't like this exercise, but it is really an excellent exercise. It brings in to play another major muscle group, the pectorals. And of course it also works the triceps. But we are going to do two versions of this exercise. One for beginners and one for the more advanced fitness enthusiasts. So, first begins on the knees. Otherwise know as the woman push-up. Goes like this, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. And the other version is the extended push-up. One, two, three. Okay folks, so we are just about ready for that shower now. That was the push-ups and now our pores are open, the sweat is flowing and believe me after your shower you will feel a lot better for having done this. You'll feel like you are ready for the day. And this is the way we begin our days. Beginning the day active and maintaining an active lifestyle throughout the day. Take the steps instead of the elevator whenever possible. At the end of the day we come back to where we begun. So we begin the day, and we'll end the day with this program of exercise. This is how we are going to make the transition. We're going to do this six days a week, or seven, depending on how passionate you are about making that transition. Thank you"
