Now one of the other skills that are in your striking in jeet kune do is that you have to develop the ability to hit from different angles so it is not always just a straight line like we are going here. Sometimes I might come off in a circular line now if Jay is really sharp and he catches here now I can get to him on this side and now I can finish up with this one. So if you look at this in slow motion I do what we call got saul with the running hand now I'm going to jet saul on this one which helps to score here and then I finish up on t his side. So it is another combination trap alright slow motion one more time I go here, I hit first and then I hit again. So if we do this in real time alright and one more time and hit and hit and we are still making sure as much as possible that we are containing the lower body also. "
