"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Sifu Dwight Woods of Unified Martial Art Academy in Miami, Florida. Today we are going to be talking about Advanced Jeet Kune Do. As I said earlier in the traditional training so to speak there is no bridge that attaches the two opponents because it's all ballistics. So like Kick boxing, if I'm punching and kicking there is no bridge that attaches us, but if I get an obstruction, so let's say for example: if I hit and James puts an obstruction up, then I have to remove this barrier in order to be able to score my technique. So what we're doing here is this would be an initial basic trap, right? So then, I get to remove the barrier if we go in slow motion and then score my technique. So, this is what we would call Pacda or Poxacda right, and it's just basically, this removes the barrier and launch your technique. So if we do this in real time (demonstrates) then this is what I'm looking for here."
