"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Sifu Dwight Woods of Unified Martial Art Academy in Miami, Florida and today we are going to be talking about beginners jeet kune do. Okay you would remember that we did 2,3, I'm sorry 2,3, and 2 which would be cross, hook, upper cut. So what we would do is change from the cross we use the mechanics but what we would get is the 4 which is the uppercut and then we still keep the hook line going. So it would be upper cut, hook, uppercut. One more time uppercut, hook, uppercut. One more time slow uppercut, hook, uppercut. Now hopefully you can see where that comes from cross, hook, cross. But we just change this angle and this is what we get. And one real last time. "
