"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Sifu Dwight Woods of Unified Martial Art Academy in Miami, Florida and today we are going to be talking about beginners jeet kune do. So the one of the major difference in jeet kune do not so much technical differences but it is really in the way that we train. So for example here at my school we break it down onto coordinate training for the beginners and then combat drills or combat training for the intermediate group. The advance group training in what we call flow drills and then the very advance they get to do free lance drills. So when you see us doing techniques you might be able to say well that looks like boxing or that looks like kicking or that looks like kick boxing and ya it does because boxing kick boxing are jeet kune do training methods. Some of times that could be a little bit confusing but like I said earlier it is in the practical application of it, it is in doing that you would get the understanding. "
