"Welcome to Expert Village. My name is Dr. Ed Riffel. K we're going to do some military press which is another one of my favorites. We do the military press from the chest, building the upper body. So we're going to do it first with one body blade and then we use the use two. So we're just going to go up, feet planted into a comfortable position. Probably about shoulder width and then we're going to go up just as if we're doing a close, a close in press. And then I'll take two of them and we'll do wide grip press, a military press. So we're going to go up, feet about shoulder width, slightly bend the legs so you don't pull your back and then we're just going to do the military press all the way up and down, activates the shoulder muscles, the deltoids, the upper traps. Triceps, you get a little bit of biceps when you're coming down. This is a great adjunctive a workout for your gym body building, your weightlifting, your weight competition that you would do in a gym."
